1991

In the summer of 1991, a boy disappears from a summer camp on Terschelling. They search for him for weeks, but over the years the hope of ever finding him fades. Eleven years later, in the summer of 2002, Basha Berkel is sent to that same rotten camp. On the bus she hears whispers about a missing boy, the first ghost stories start at the campfire and above her bunk bed Basha finds mysterious signs scratched into the wood.

1991 is an exciting mystery about two summer camps, eleven years apart. About longing for the past, wanting to stop the present and fearing the future.
