Rippling rivers, rustling forests, grain fields swaying in the wind, and the occasional charming village – that's Dorfromantik! The video game from the small development studio Toukana Interactive has captivated the gaming community since its Early Access launch in March 2021 and has already won several prestigious awards. Now, Michael Palm and Lukas Zach are bringing the popular building and puzzle game to the table as a board game for all ages with Dorfromantik: The Board Game.

In Dorfromantik: The Board Game, up to six players work together to lay hexagonal tiles to create a beautiful landscape. They strive to fulfill the inhabitants' orders while also building the longest possible railway and river. They also have to consider flags that award points in closed areas. The better players perform, the more points they score at the end.

During the replayable campaign, earned points can be used to unlock new tiles hidden in initially closed boxes. These add new, additional challenges and make it possible to continuously increase the high score.
